Best Western Nottingham Derby are an accommodation provider seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to work across a mixture of shifts, 5 days out of 7. which will include weekend work on a rota (usually every other weekend), for a contract of a minimum of 35 hours.
Duties of the role include the setting up and restocking of buffet foods, serving buffet food, cleaning of the front of house areas, pot washing, among other duties. As part of the supervisor role you would be responsible for maintaining standards, supervising people and working alonside the management team.
Shifts may be a mixture of the following, and if possible may include split shifts, so locality to the business would be beneficial.
7.30am-14.00pm
17.30pm - 20.00pm

- To be able to give and receive instructions, working to given standards.
- Self-starter who can work with their own without constant supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
