**Restaurant Supervisor Job Description**
**Position Overview:**
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Staff Management:**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of wait staff, hosts, and kitchen staff.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members for optimal performance.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage workplace assignments.
2. **Customer Service:**
- Greet customers and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
3. **Operational Oversight:**
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the restaurant and equipment.
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
