We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff, including waitstaff and bartenders, to ensure efficient service.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in hospitality, food preparation, and food safety.
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively, fostering collaboration and motivation among staff.
- Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay: £12.44-£12.50 per hour
