Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Resin Driveway Layer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of resin-bound driveways, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for resin application by cleaning, levelling, and ensuring proper drainage.
- Mix and apply resin materials according to specifications and industry standards.
- Install edging and other components as required to complete driveway installations.
- Conduct regular maintenance on existing resin driveways, including repairs and cleaning.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Operate company vehicles safely for transporting materials and equipment to job sites.
Skills
- Strong management skills to oversee projects from initiation through completion.
- Proficient in maintenance tasks related to driveway installation and upkeep.
- Valid driving licence with experience in operating vehicles for transporting materials.
