To undertake the duties and responsibilities as a solar roofer, to the standards set out in the contract on residential dwellings and commercial buildings were required. To report to the Head Installer on a quality solar installation. To comply with all company policies and procedures.
Duties:
- Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to project specifications
- Perform mechanical assembly of solar systems
- Connect solar panels to electrical components and systems
- Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during installation process
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on our in-house CRM system
Requirements:
- Previous experience of solar roofing preferred
- Pitched roofing experience essential
- Experience working with slate and concrete tile
- Full clean Driving Licence essential
- CSR and PASMA card or willing to do training for
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
