Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of resin bound surfaces, tarmac, kerbs, and paving projects.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to guarantee quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Operate machinery and tools safely while adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and efficient execution of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or a related field, particularly in resin bound surfaces, tarmac, kerbs, or paving.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent maintenance skills for equipment used in the installation process.
- Valid driving licence is essential for travelling between job sites.
