As a Residential Property Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting property managers and ensuring a high standard of service to our residents and landlords. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, liaise with tenants and contractors, and help maintain accurate property records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day management of residential properties
- Respond to tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally
- Schedule property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and compliance documentation
- Support rent collection and tenancy renewals
- Liaise with contractors and third-party service providers
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and tenancy agreements as required
- Support the Property Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects
About You:
- Previous experience in property administration or customer service (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software (training provided)
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of residential lettings or property legislation is an advantage
