We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. Your role will encompass a variety of treatments, from skincare to makeup application, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and hospitality.
Duties
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, makeup application, and eyelash extensions.
- Provide deep tissue massage and other therapeutic services as required.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products, demonstrating effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring excellent guest services throughout their visit.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in hospitality to enhance client experience during their visit.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques is an advantage.
- Ability to perform deep tissue massage and other specialised treatments.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques to cater to diverse client needs.
- Experience in managing front desk operations is beneficial.
- A passion for beauty and wellness, with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
