Hours: 32–36 hours per week (4–5 days)
Start time: 7:00am | Finish: 2:30pm–4:00pm (depending on rota)
About Us
Drymen Bakery & Deli is a busy, friendly, and much-loved bakery in the heart of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. We take pride in producing fresh bread, pastries, and deli items daily, serving both locals and visitors with great food and great service.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to work flexibly between our kitchen and front-of-house.
One moment you might be helping prepare baked goods, the next you’ll be welcoming customers, serving coffee, and keeping our shop looking inviting.
Main Duties:
Assisting with preparation of bakery and deli products
Serving customers with a warm, friendly manner
Making coffees and other hot drinks to order
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in both kitchen and shop areas
Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Good customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliability and good timekeeping
Previous experience in a bakery, café, or food service is helpful but not essential – full training will be given
Hours & Pay:4–5 days per week, minimum 32–36 hours
Shifts start at 7:00am, finish between 2:30pm–4:00pmCompetitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)Staff discount on bakery goods
