Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Operatives to join our expanding production team. Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established protocols to ensure optimal production output.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- To be an essential part of the glass processing team following detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
