The Role
We have created an exciting new role which will sit across all three businesses for a new Reservations & Events Coordinator which will support the growth in all areas of The Rocca Group.
This role is ideal for an individual with that has prior experience within hospitality within group or standalone venues and is ready to take on a more diverse role across three distinct venues each requiring an individual strategic approach to events and reservation management.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and assist with organising events with business partners and individual customers and build business for the company to grow. This candidate will be focused, personable, enthusiastic and have strong communication skills.
The Company
The Rocca group operated by the Stefano Pieraccini consists of a special mix of 3 distinct venues across Edinburgh and St Andrews. The Seafood Ristorante, Cafe Calton & the Broughton.
What you’ll do
- Handle reservations across our three venues, ensuring smooth communication and efficient diary management.
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries by phone and email, delivering a warm, professional service.
- Assist in planning and coordinating private dining, and larger events.
- Liaise with venue managers and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate booking records and event details.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in reservations, events, or a customer-facing admin role (hospitality experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple venues.
- Confident with booking systems (ResDiary & OpenTable), email management and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
