This is a bank position covering shifts from 8pm until 8am, sleeping over at the Cromer or Stalham building. Payment per-shift £91.84.
Key tasks involve: During waking hours (8pm - 11pm and 7am - 9am), you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a settled environment, denying access to unauthorised visitors and responding to emergencies as required.
You will be responsible for the general health & safety of residents and property, reporting and monitoring repairs and carrying out housing management tasks.
As you'll be working with young people aged 16-24, youth working skills are an advantage, as is housing management experience and the ability to deliver independent living skills, but attitude and life experience are more important than formal qualifications.
Working alongside young homeless people in two of our three projects in Norfolk, you'll be helping them prepare for their next step into independent living in the community.
