Apprenticeship Opportunity: We are excited to offer an apprenticeship opportunity for this role. The Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard (ST1421) is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the recruitment industry. Over the course of 18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience and receive training in key areas such as planning, identifying, attracting, assessing, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates. You'll also learn how to manage relationships with stakeholders and analyse recruitment campaigns to ensure successful outcomes.
