- Coaching and developing team members to exceed our guest, commercial and lifestyle targets
- Create an environment where our guests will want to return to time and time again
- Work closely with the revenue and marketing team, promoting our premium accommodation and facilities both regionally and nationally
- Able to work in a fast paced and full-on environment
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Experience in upmarket holiday accommodation
- Customer service and management experience preferable
- Experience in a role with focus on standards and revenue generation
