As a QC Supervisor, you will work alongside the Quality Control team in the warehouse to ensure that all materials, including finished products, are safe and comply with all relevant specifications, legislation, and customer requirements. You will conduct audits and monitor the consistency of outputs across the team to ensure compliance

• Support the Quality Control Admin's in the Warehouse
• Audit Critical Control Points (CCPs) and compliant with relevant paperwork, report any non-conformance to senior management and take proactive measures
• Check compliance to Food Safety and Quality Management System procedures (QMS) including control measures for Allergens
• Conduct Good Manufacturing Practice audits (GMP) audits / Compliance Observation Process (COP) checklist
• Monitoring temperature of chillers and freezers through daily manual checks using a calibrated probe. Conduct various temperature checks on food products.
• Quarantine any non-conforming product or equipment that may affect the final product quality or safety and report to Technical team and line manager immediately.
• Collect check sheets daily from LR (low risk) area.
• To become Fire warden and First Aider when required.
• Manage the traceability of raw materials to the production area
• Be flexible to assist with other jobs within Warehouse department as required
• Ensure all deliveries are checked on time and the quality of goods

• Internal audit experience Experience in managing a team is a plus
• Good understanding of HACCP & CCP principles and practice
• High level of reliability and flexibility is required
• Good understanding of the Code of Practice, Technical Requirement including BRC Standard
• Good understanding of the operation and products
• Knowledge of Food Safety Culture
