Salary: £25,000
Hours: 37.5 hours a week – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute break. One Saturday per month in exchange for a day off during the following week.
On Call: As part of the role, for one week per month you will be on call to handle out of hours emergency maintenance calls from Monday to Sunday. This will occur on the same week you will be in the office on a Saturday as detailed above.

Our property management solutions include housekeeping, end of tenancy cleaning, planned and emergency maintenance, gas and electrical maintenance as well as compliance areas such as EPC’s and fire safety risk assessments.
The Role:
Due to significant growth, Silver Arch Group is recruiting within our property management team. The role is to support our Property Manager with coordinating housekeeping/cleaning, maintenance requests and being a point of contact for any questions/queries from our owners.
This role will include, but is not limited to:
- Coordinating holiday let changeovers, second home cleans, office cleans, and end of tenancy cleans.
- Coordinating the delivery of linens and welcome hampers to the relevant properties on changeover days.
- Organising any required maintenance. This can include urgent maintenance which a housekeeper or guest has highlighted whilst onsite, planned maintenance work for a refurb project or compliance areas associated with holiday lets or residential lets.
- Answering calls and responding to emails from owners/clients and supporting them with any questions or queries.
- Getting involved in carrying out changeovers during the height of the season, mainly on Fridays which is our main changeover day.
Please note that annual leave cannot be taken during any school holidays.
