Job Summary and key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Romans are seeking an Inventory Administrator to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Pride Park, Derby. As a Inventory Administrator, experience is beneficial but not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
  • Booking of property visits
  • Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
  • Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Running errands within and outside of the office
  • Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
