Job title: Project Coordinator
Location: Rochester
Salary: Circa £32,000 depending on skills and experience plus bonus
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting the project leadership team in the management of tasks and work packages
Support the planning, resource and financial monthly update cycle
Carry out data analysis of the project performance and produce reports for the project leadership team
Update and report the status of risk and opportunities
Assist in the project Lifecycle Management (LCM) processes
Coordinating meetings and reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with multi-discipline team members to drive effective problem solving
Build strong relationships with the team and key internal and external stakeholders
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Awareness of project management fundamentals
Previous Administration/ Coordinator experience
Worked in a project environment or supporting a project management team
Competent in data gathering and analysis (Pivot tables)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Desirable:
APMQ or similar project management qualification
Competent in Microsoft Project

The Project Management – Electronic Systems Team:
The Project Management – Electronic Systems team is responsible for extremely complex and innovative projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Assistant Project Manager. You will assist the Project Manager with day-to-day management activities in order to meet the project’s time, cost, and quality goals.
The Electronic Systems (ES) sector spans the commercial and defence electronics markets with a broad portfolio of mission-critical electronic systems, including flight and engine controls; electronic warfare and night vision systems; surveillance and reconnaissance sensors; secure networked communications equipment; geospatial imagery intelligence products and systems; mission management; and power-and energy-management systems.
