This is a role for someone who enjoys the variety and sensitivity of wills, probate, trusts and powers of attorney, and who finds satisfaction in supporting solicitors to deliver an exceptional service to clients.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary within a Private Client department (Wills, Trusts, Probate, LPAs).
- Experience in Dictation.
- Fast, accurate typing skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Organisational ability to handle sensitive and often complex matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism.
- A steady, reliable approach and a genuine commitment to doing a great job.
- An understanding and appreciation of the support they offer in life's most challenging moments
