Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Secretary (full or part-time option available) to join our team, due to a retirement. The successful applicant must be able to hit the ground running in a busy department with supervision and training. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a legal secretarial role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written skills
- High standard of word processing and audio typing
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Be able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent telephone manner
- Forward thinking
- Plan, organise and prioritise work, work at speed
- Willingness to ask for help
- Willingness to accept feedback.
