Role Overview

We're Hiring: Junior PMO Analyst – Financial Crime Change

We're looking for a Junior PMO Analyst to support delivery within a high-profile financial crime change programme. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their PMO career with a solid understanding of financial crime change and exposure to regulatory change environments.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced team delivering critical change, with responsibility for the coordination and tracking activities that underpin successful delivery. Attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and confidence dealing with stakeholders are key.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting change initiatives in the financial crime space (essential)

Some familiarity with regulatory change (desirable)

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to track plans, actions, and risks across multiple workstreams

Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at varying levels

Key Responsibilities:

RAID log management – maintaining and reporting on risks, actions, issues and decisions

Plan tracking and reporting – supporting delivery leads with project milestones and dependencies

Minute-taking – capturing discussions and actions across working groups and forums (a key part of the role)

Mailbox management – scheduling, rescheduling and prioritising meeting requests and queries

Tools & Skills:

Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA is a bonus)

Strong written English and attention to detail

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
