We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Contract Supervisor to support the Contracts Manager in overseeing the successful delivery of key contracts. This pivotal role is ideal for someone with a strong background in office-based contract or project supervision who can lead with confidence, ensure performance standards are met, and act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal teams.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day contract operations, ensuring all KPIs are met
- Provide leadership and guidance to Contract Supervisors
- Assist with preparing and managing quotations
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of scheduled and overdue actions
- Handle financial queries and contract-related issues promptly
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth contract execution
- Support the Contracts Manager with various administrative and strategic tasks
- Take on ad hoc responsibilities as required
What you will bring:
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (experience with CASH is advantageous)
- Demonstrated experience in contract or project management
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
