The role:
Based at the IWS Water Hygiene, West Midlands area office in Lichfield and reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate for the role of Planned Maintenance Supervisor will assist in the day-to-day supervision of various water Planned Maintenance works within the North West region as well as carrying out necessary audits and inspections.
Along with carrying out water hygiene Planned Maintenance works to a wide range of our client’s premises, the successful candidate will complete vehicle audits, site inspections and help deliver tool box talks to a team of Water Hygiene Technicians within the North West region.
What you’ll need:
The successful candidate will have a flexible and committed approach to completing tasks and working to tight deadlines. The candidate must be IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft packages. The position requires the successful candidate to be self-motivated, be able to work on their own initiative and be able to communicate effectively with external clients and employees under their supervision.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, organise and control service activities, as well as provide customer satisfaction over a wide geographical area. Experience:
- Legionella / Water Hygiene work history: 1 year (preferred)
- Full clean UK driving license (required)
