Strong Life Care, require a full time maintenance worker to join our team based in Armthorpe, Doncaster
The successful candidate will receive full training, induction and ongoing supervision to ensure that they meet the high standards required of them
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance walk arounds, and repairs on equipment, including Care Home support.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and Residents in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using our approved maintenance management system.
- Help to ensure that all employees are working in line with Health and Safety expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, protocols, Company policy and procedures.
- Completing fire drills, safety checks, grounds maintenance and ensuring that service contracts are valid and within date.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Fire regulations in line with Local and National legislation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role.
- Car driver essential with a willingness to support sister Homes as required.
