Job Description
Join Marie Curie’s dynamic Philanthropy & Partnerships team and help us build meaningful relationships that drive vital income, awareness, and influence for our mission.
We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Coordinator to provide top-notch administrative and fundraising support. You’ll be at the heart of our work with high-value supporters, including individuals, trusts, companies, and special events. From managing donor correspondence and income processing to supporting exciting projects and events, you’ll ensure our partners have the best possible experience.
What you’ll do:
- Support the delivery of our fundraising strategy and help grow partnerships.
- Research opportunities and assist in developing new ideas and initiatives.
- Manage donor communications, admin, and workshop logistics.
- Coordinate projects and events, ensuring they run smoothly and on budget.
- Keep our tools, resources, and comms (including newsletters) up to date.
What you need:
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence in communicating with a wide range of audiences.
- Organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary: £22,222 - £24,350 (+ London weighting £3.5k if applicable)

Based: Homebased with adhoc travel to London Office
