The Partnership Executive role is pivotal to the successful implementation of our ever-growing range of award-winning partnerships. The Partnership Executive will support the Head of Partnerships in delivering partnership activity, acting as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders and in keeping a track of rights delivery. With the Partnerships team’s 5-year strategy having a major emphasis on securing new business, the Partnership Executive will also work across the team to support the Head of Partnership development in research, and gathering pitch collateral, vital to the building of the sales pipeline.
What you’ll be doing...
Partnership Activation:
- Managing a selection of partners, acting as account handler for their relationship with the wider business.
- Liaison with venues (and working with booking systems) for site visits, technical enquiries, F&B enquiries.
- Assisting at partnership events and activations on event organisation and logistics.
- Auditing partnership activity (for example screen content) to ensure compliance.
- Sharing specifications, trafficking and approvals of partner artwork.
- Invoice generation and payment liaison with finance and clients.
- Assisting the Head of Partnerships with monthly cost reconciliations and reporting with finance.
- Liaison with Hospitality team to oversee ticketing booking requests.
- Coordination of team presence at industry events and awards ceremonies, collating entry material, liaising with organisers, managing guests etc.
- Attending client meetings, maintaining and managing status updates and reports. Drafting and distributing internal comms shared with Senior Leadership giving key partnerships updates.
Partnership Sales:
- Market research and lead generation.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales collateral. Assistance in setting up sales meetings and pitch preparation.
General:

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working within a partnerships context, within a rights holder, agency, or client-side.
- Have experience working within a team delivering partnership activations or events.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate a diplomatic, positive approach with a range of stakeholders.
- Be resilient, and thrive in adversity, reacting calmly in changing circumstances. Be passionate about the theatre industry and keen to develop within the partnerships profession, learning how partnerships can play a key role in contributing to LW Theatres and the wider sector.
