Personal Assistant to Director (Part-Time Freelance – Potential for Full-Time Permanent) Based in London (hybrid working possible)
Immersive Cult –
Immersive Cult is a London-based creative production company known for large-scale, imaginative experiences. We collaborate with a wide range of artists, designers, costume makers, and performers to create richly detailed sets, compelling narratives, and unforgettable live events. Our work is defined by originality, precision, and a deep commitment to collaboration.
We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to provide direct day-to-day support to one of our company’s directors. This is a part-time freelance position with the strong possibility of evolving into a full-time permanent role for the right candidate, with elements of these opportunities in creative production and live events.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an organised, proactive, and discreet individual to join a fast-paced creative environment. The role is best suited to someone with experience supporting senior individuals in a dynamic setting—someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
While this position is primarily focused on administrative and personal assistant duties, an interest in creative production or live events would be a welcome bonus (though not essential).

- Support with personal matters as needed (e.g., scheduling, travel, household administration, and property-related logistics).
- Maintain organised digital filing systems for contracts, documents, and communications.
- Liaise with collaborators, clients, and external partners on behalf of the director.
About You
- Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Calm, adaptable, and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital filing systems.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings or travel support as required.
