Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Assistant to Director

Location: Mainly working from home with some working days per month in London
Role Overview:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Business. Assist the Director and engineering team through a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and quality check daily documentation from the engineering teams
- Organise and maintain health and safety files and records
- Basic bookkeeping
- Prepare and edit reports, and summarise information for the director to review
- Be the first contact for the business between the director and the clients
- Support the engineering teams with customer software and portal access
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised and to support the director in growing the business
Hours 8am - 2pm (Some overtime , flexitime can also be discussed )
Rate : £13.85 a hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.85 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
