We are seeking a Junior Patent Administrator to join our dynamic patent department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a business support mentality and a positive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the patent system and preferably have hands-on experience in an in-house patent department or patent law firm. However, we are open to exceptional candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in the role.

• Assist in the preparation of new patent specifications.
• File new patent applications at the UK Patent Office and coordinate with outside counsel in other jurisdictions.
• Support in-house patent attorneys with drafting letters and patent amendments during the examination process.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to drive continual improvements within the team.
• Work with the Patent Administration Manager on unique projects as they arise.
• Identify and implement ways to enhance support for the department.
