Chesterfield Trade Parts has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our brilliant team.
Salary: £26,790 basic | £27,790 OTE
Location: Chesterfield
We have a great team on site committed to delivering a fantastic customer experience and professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include:
- Handling incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms
- Accurately identifying parts to meet customer requirements
- Promoting product offers and upselling to grow overall sales
- Maintaining knowledge of new or updated parts through training and bulletins
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous parts experience in a similar motor industry role
- Ambition and determination to exceed daily sales objectives
- Strong communication and customer service skills
