Parts Telesales Advisor

Salary from 28k – 32k depending on experience.
- 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and one Saturday in rotation every four weeks, 08:00-12:00.
Your Role

Rygor Auto is looking for an experienced and dedicated Telesales Parts Advisor who has a passion for setting high standards for their customers.
️Day to day, you will be:
- Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.
- Referring to the parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model, and year of vehicles being serviced.
- Calling potential customers along with previous customers to gain more business.
- Answering phone calls and assisting trade and retail customers with their parts needs.
- Maximising all existing and new customer sales.
- Handling parts payment for collection/ delivery and making sure all parts are billed appropriately.
- Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts.

Communication – This role is pivotal in ensuring that all customers and colleagues are accurately informed.
