About this opportunity
Connect to Work is a new supported employment programme that forms a key part of the government’s Get Britain Working strategy. Councils in Cumbria are receiving funding from the Department of Work and Pensions to develop and launch a Cumbria-wide programme to support people into work. To ensure Connect to Work is a success, we are building a new team to drive programme mobilisation and live-running.

We are looking for a Partnership and Integration Manager to lead strategic collaboration across different sectors to ensure the Connect to Work programme is implemented and successfully maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with partners including local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers.
- Ensure the Connect to Work programme aligns with wider local strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Lead on the operational and technical integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria
- Contribute to the overall design, implementation and evaluation of the programme.
This role is available on an Initial 3 year fixed-term basis.
