Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service. The hours are 3 hours total daily Monday-Friday between 12:30pm-5pm. This can be discussed in the interview.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and regulation.
- Load and unload medication parcels to patients
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to maximise time and minimise fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during transport.
- Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team and customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Valid driving licence
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Very polite and friendly to our patients. You Are representing the business and we expect excellent manners and customer services at all times
