Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team at MRH Property Management Ltd. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services that enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties. The position is based in London and Kent, where you will play a significant role in our refurbishment projects. You must be willing to travel for reactive works, and you may find yourself working on more than one job on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets client specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator with multi trade desirable
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: £16.40-£21.20 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
