About the Job
Predominantly the job is as a picker/packer. But there is some customer service work included. So you must have an excellent telephone manner and some experience in customer services would be beneficial.
Duties
- Picking orders
- Using the computer to create paperwork for orders
- Packing orders
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customers
- Responding to emails from customers about their orders
- Driving a van to collect stock from our units.
Requirements
You must
- Be computer literate
- Pay attention to detail
- Have a pleasant telephone manner
- Be excellent at customer services
- Having a driving licence is essential
