We’re seeking proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processor to join our team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements.You’ll be the first point of contact for resolving customer, delivery, and product-related challenges, ensuring timely resolutions that leave our customers satisfied. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining operational excellence by staying in constant contact with various departments and sharing valuable feedback for process improvements.

Shift - Thursday - Saturday (7pm - 11pm)
Salary - £8,642 per annum
Initially, your role will include:
- Answering Incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers and other departments within the business
- Taking orders over the phone and via emails and other ordering platforms
- Assisting drivers making deliveries and updating any customer notes for future deliveries
- Assist with the help and WhatsApp for customer queries and complaints
We are looking for someone who:
- Proficiency with Outlook, WhatsApp, and Excel
- Strong Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written skills.
- Empathy & Patience: Understanding and calm when dealing with customer concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourceful in resolving issues.
- Active Listening: Fully understanding customer needs before responding.
- Attention to Detail: Accurately recording and addressing customer inquiries.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks efficiently.
