We are looking for an administrator/Order processor to join our busy team in Polmadie.
The role is a mix of administration and order processing.
Order processing duties
- processing supplier orders
- speak with suppliers to arrange deliveries
- updating spreadsheets
- produce daily sales reports
- keep on top of supplier delivery dates
Administration Duties
- answering telephones as required.
- updating Spreadsheets
- manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.

- ability to work on own initiative.
- excellent communication skills.
- ability to work well in a team.
- computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and email.
- ability to prioritise and organise workload.
The hours of work can be discussed.
You must be able to make your own travel arrangements to and from the Polmadie area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
