A busy holiday let company managing over 100 properties all across Wales, including 18 of our own.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and team-oriented individual to join our small, supportive team. This varied role involves working closely with guests, property owners, and colleagues to help manage our growing portfolio of holiday cottages.
Whether you’re answering guest queries, updating property listings, or helping out with social media, your work will directly contribute to providing a seamless experience for our customers and owners alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling phone calls and emails from guests, owners, and general enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Using our booking system (SuperControl) to manage reservations, action requests, and update property details.
Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers at our office with professionalism and warmth.
Communicating with property owners, providing support and updates as needed.
Uploading and maintaining property listings on our system – including writing/editing descriptions, updating pricing, availability, and amenities.
Assisting with social media content – supporting our online presence with occasional posts or creative input.
Working closely with the existing team and contributing to a positive, supportive team environment.
About You:
A strong communicator with a friendly and professional manner.
Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems (training on SuperControl will be provided).
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Customer-focused with a genuine interest in providing great service.
A team player who fits in well with others and contributes to a positive work atmosphere.
Previous experience in hospitality, bookings, customer service, or admin is desirable but not essential.
