Customer Service Advisor
Scobie & Junor are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic East Kilbride team who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The right candidate will be innovative, passionate about our products and have excellent communication skills.
You will provide the people skills required via telephone, email and live chat around our modern e-commerce system, so that customers get the very best experience from ordering and working with us. Our leading-edge website, ScobiesDirect is aimed at butcher shops, deli’s and farm shops. You will be processing orders and working logically through any delivery or product enquiry to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven customer service record in a fast-moving environment looking for a modern approach to customer service. A knowledge of products used in a butcher shop would be advantageous.
Job Tasks as part of a dedicated team:
- Sales order processing
- Provide excellent customer service via the telephone, email and live chat
- Answer incoming calls
- Handling customer enquiries
- Resolving customer issues and complaints
- Managing multiple tasks daily
