Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Bradford
We are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector who is looking for an opportunity to be develop their career and be a part of our large and dynamic team in Bradford.
To train in all aspect of quality inspection within a busy Orthotic manufacturing company. This will include training to inspect devices such as footwear and insoles in our final inspection area.

At Ortho Europe, we are a leading manufacturer and distributor of prosthetic, orthotic, and seating products. For years, we've been committed to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for thousands of individuals in need of mobility support. Now, we're looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to look after our experienced team in Bradford and play a crucial role in our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise orders giving priority to the earliest dates working to production planning lists.
- Check devices meet the specification provided.
- Check devices for any cosmetic discrepancies, record these and raise with production managers in the agreed manner.
- Clean devices and ensure dust / pen marks / glue are removed.
- Ensure all paperwork completed for the devices before passing for final inspection.
- Entering any quality rejections on to the inhouse system
- Packing and labelling finished devices
- Any other duties as required
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Keen eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic PC skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Orthotic device or manufacturing
- Experience in quality inspection
