We are looking for a motivated Nursery Practitioner for Outdoor Learning to join our team, on a permanent basis, to support in the delivery playroom of outdoor learning experiences. You will ensure high standards of childcare and education, role modelling best practice and a positive attitude. You will support to motivate a growing team of practitioners and strive to improve practice through self-evaluation and reflection.
You will work alongside the OutdoorTeam Leader to plan and deliver outdoor/forest school learning experiences as well as indoor learning experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
You must:
Have experience of working in an early years setting with 0 to 5 year olds, with Forest School experience and relevant qualification or willingness to work towards this.
Have excellent working knowledge and understanding of The Curriculum of Excellence (3-5) as well as other national best practice documents and Frameworks.
· Have excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
· Have excellent observation and feedback skills
· Have the ability to respond positively to change
· Be reliable, self-motivated and committed to high levels of customer service.

Pay: From £13.34 per hour
