About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities to children aged 0–5.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Monitor and record children’s progress through observations and assessments.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and your team.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow all nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Essential)
Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing, reliable, and proactive attitude
