In this role, you’ll:
- Foster a love of learning in children aged 0–5 through creative, child-led experiences
- Observe, record, and assess children’s development, ensuring progress and next steps are met
- Collaborate with your team and room leader to maintain an engaging and safe environment
- Build strong bonds with families and provide daily feedback
- Support and mentor junior staff or students (where applicable)
We’re looking for:
- A Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (minimum)
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety
- Confidence, reliability, and a calm, caring nature
- Willingness to grow and develop within the setting
