About the Role:
This is a waking night position – you must remain awake and alert throughout the shift to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents. Sleeping on shift is not permitted.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents during the night, working collaboratively with your team to maintain a calm, supportive, and safe environment.
