Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals in a care home or home care setting, ensuring that each resident receives the personalized attention they require. This role involves assisting with daily living activities and fostering a supportive environment for all clients.
Duties
- Assist residents with personal care tasks.
- Support individuals in their needs
- Conduct night time checks and other relevant tasks set out by management
- Promote a safe and hygienic environment by following health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the service users.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
