About the Role
As Night Auditor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the security and smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests and the property through regular patrols
- Maintaining a professional front desk presence overnight and completing the Night Auditor checklist
- Reconciling daily cash and card payments
- Supporting the Night Porter in keeping public areas clean and presentable
- Responding to guest requests efficiently and professionally
- Providing cover for the reservations team during overnight hours
About You
- You have previous experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud is essential
- You’re service-oriented, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
- You’re a great communicator with a flexible and proactive approach
- You have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not possible for this role
