Full time position available for Hotel Night Porter - MUST have experience in similar role
The candidate must have good customer service skills, be well presented, trustworthy, and have the ability to use their own initiative when required.
Duties include:
Checking in late arrivals, checking out early departures, dealing with any issues that may arise after the duty manager has left the premises, dealing with guests/customers, and conducting building and security checks.
Shifts begin at 10pm and end at 7am. Hours are based on a 7 day operation, rota of 4 on 4 off rotation, shifts include weekends, bank holiday, Christmas, New Year.
Candidate must be willing to be flexible to cover sickness/holidays.
Experience essential in Reception/Night Porter/Security role.
