Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – End of Tenancy Cleaning
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month (with a day off in lieu)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our professional cleaning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning standards, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working in a mobile role across multiple properties.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting operatives on-site, ensuring all end of tenancy cleans are carried out to the highest standard, within scheduled timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaners across multiple sites
- Deliver high-standard end of tenancy cleans in residential properties
- Carry out spot checks and ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality requirements
- Perform hands-on cleaning as needed (especially in key areas such as kitchens and bathrooms)
- Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, and health & safety practices
- Report and resolve any issues encountered on-site
- Communicate with the office team regarding job schedules, site access, and team performance
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure stock/equipment is well managed
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-of-tenancy or deep cleaning
- Carpet cleaning experience (e.g., use of extraction machines)
- Window cleaning experience (interior and exterior) is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility with working hours (some early starts may be required)
- Full, clean UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
- Good level of physical fitness (the role requires manual work and some lifting)
