Develop and oversee the maintenance of operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with external and internal standards and governance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and reports in compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, client satisfaction, and team performance, providing regular reports to the Strategic Lead and MH Division SLT.
Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Represent the organiation at community events, meetings, and forums to promote mental health awareness and services. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources. Participate in public education and advocacy efforts to reduce stigma and increase access to mental health services.
Ensure programs are evidence-based, culturally competent, and aligned with best practices in mental health care. Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and other service providers to enhance program effectiveness and reach. Oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health services, including individual and group therapy, intervention, and case management. Ensure client care plans are developed, implemented, and regularly reviewed in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide direct clinical services as needed, including assessments, therapy, and triage. Experience in clinical skills, with a good knowledge in a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions. The postholder will be required, when and where appropriate to the role, to comply with the processing of requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 The postholder must comply with ABLs policies that protect the information assets of the organisation from unauthorised disclosure, modification, destruction, inappropriate access or use. The postholder will be responsible for maintaining the clinical and/or corporate records that fall within the remit of this role to the standards in ABLs records management policies, and data quality processes and standards. Health & Safety Compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 the postholder is required to fulfil a proactive role towards the management of risk in all of their actions. This entails the risk assessment of all situations, the taking of appropriate actions and reporting of all incidents, near misses and hazards, and a statutory duty of care for their own personal safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
