About the Role:
DLR is looking for a creative and self-driven Marketing Executive to take charge of our in-house marketing and lead generation efforts. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that attract quality leads, build our brand, and support the sales team’s success.
This is a flexible, results-focused role ideal for someone who understands the Dubai real estate landscape and knows how to market strategically across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Manage social media content, design simple graphics, and track engagement
- Write and schedule posts, email campaigns, and WhatsApp blasts to drive inquiries
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing with current property promotions
- Create and manage basic ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads experience is a bonus)
- Monitor analytics and optimise campaigns based on results
- Assist with brand consistency, online reputation, and event marketing when required
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate marketing or service-based industries
- Solid understanding of digital lead generation techniques
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of campaigns
- Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools
- Excellent written English (content creation, captions, simple ad copy)
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email outreach, and basic paid advertising is a plus
- Freelancers welcome if available consistently (must be reachable and results-focused)
